How many years have you played lacrosse?
"I have played for five years. I began playing in seventh grade and I wasn't getting much playing time so I switched positions. Then, the majority of kids went to private schools and I went to Westfield so I moved back to midfielder as a freshman. It kind of took off from there."

What has kept you devoted to lacrosse?
""I like the up-beat play, the intensity of the game, staying on your feet. Its the only sport you can rip it down on a goalie."

Despite your team's finish at 3-16, you were a bright spot in your first year of varsity scoring 31 goals with four assists as a sophmore. Talk about your team's expectations for next spring?
"I think we will be better. We have our entire midfield returning. I hope we can take the next step."

What are your current strengths and weaknesses as a midfielder?
"I shoot well. I'm a good stand-still shooter. I make smart decisions on the field. I need to improve my left-hand shot, and continue improving my shooting on the run."

Talk about your one-day attendance at the inaugural private training weekend, and what you walked away with?
"I learned I gotta point my hips more towards the goal while I'm shooting on the run, and that's helping out a lot. I learned to (handle) my stick better when I do a roll off of my shot. (The instructors) really brokedown the basics of shooting."

Do you have aspirations to play lacrosse in college? Have you received interest from any schools?
"Yes. I would be the first in my family to play in college. Coach (Andrew) Say of Yale has been showing me interest . I like St. John's a lot and they have shown me interest. I'm also receiving interest from Denison University in Ohio; a division three program. I'd like to be recruited by Providence, too."

Most recent GPA?
"3.6"
